I currently work full-time at a film studio -- in a job that has rather challenging hours.  I am happy to take on other projects when available, however.  I will always be upfront in discussing any of your anticipated schedules and deadlines.

I often receive offers for work on a deferred payment basis.  After much personal experience in these matters, I've found that such agreements simply aren't feasible or reliable.  In all cases, I require a written contract before commencing any preliminary work, with a partial upfront, non--refundable payment for retainer, and to cover any initial material expenses.  Further payments are arranged on either a weekly basis, or by an itemized progression of the work agreed upon in advance.

For any work of a public or commercial nature, additional fees for licensing, distribution, and reproduction of the work will be required, and must be detailed in a written contract prior to the project's commencement.
